Believe me

     When it comes to beliefs, they hold more weight than just personal opinions and ideologies. These beliefs we hold in our heads and hearts affect our lives in profound ways. They do this by manipulating our energy. We all have a physical body along with an energetic one. Our energetic body has a dominant frequency based on the energetic resonance of our self concept and expectations for life. Each thought carries its only unique vibration. Positive thoughts and beliefs resonants at a higher frequency than lower, negative thoughts do. This principle is important to unpack because your ability to assume the reality of your dreams depends on your dominant energy. Energy is the true language of the universe. 

     Beliefs of lack, unworthiness and insecurity translate to the universe that you are not able to receive and hold space for your desire. However states of worthiness, confidence and peace send the message that you can receive your desires, since you are on the same frequency of them. If you had (insert desire here) how would you feel? Probably pretty confident and peaceful. Neville Goddard explains this concept as living from the end. Combining concepts of attraction and assumption he says if you live from the end, as if you already have your desire, you will soon bring it to fruition. It isn’t about how or when. It’s about being the person WHO would have that desire. And that is executed through beliefs. 

     Assumptions act as the glass ceiling of our lives. Whatever we assume is possible, is. Whatever we assume is impossible, is too though. Like magic the answers you seek will be out of your perception hidden in a fog of uncertainty if you believe something to be impossible. While even a small shift in perception opens the door to an array of unseen possibilities. Think of your beliefs as the weather of your reality. Choosing to affirm "Everything always works out for me" on a daily basis can enlist rays of hope and sunshine where as "Why should I even try; nothing works out for me" is giving dark clouds of despair. The magic isn't in the air; it's in your beliefs! It's in the words you say to yourself and out loud. Take accountability for your thoughts and unfold the reality you choose. 
We code our reality, and that is powerful plot twist. 

*Pro Tip: Maintaining a positive internal dialogue comes with practice. Once you feel your body or chest tightening, anxiety kicking in, or a self-doubt spiral commencing try this. PAUSE. Walk away and take a break. Find a quiet place you feel comfortable. BREATHE. Long slow breaths in and out can help regulate your nervous system, quieting your ego mind. Breathe until you feel a shift in your body and mind. REVISE. Whatever was previous stressing you out is only in your perception. If you can perceive a different reality, you can create a more preferable one. This step requires the most practice. Close your eyes and see and feel the desired outcome, and then once you feel it enough to form a smile you'll know you placed the order. Changing your beliefs comes one step at a time. Have grace with yourself as you get better with practice.* 

     Believe in yourself and that everything is working out for your greatest good! You owe it to yourself to manifest the best reality imaginable. You are worthy of all of your desires regardless of what your limiting assumptions persuade.
